Lori's Approach

I believe that as individuals, we are all capable of great growth and change. Life is a process.

Part of my job as a therapist is to offer hope through education and personal support .

I work with clients to change behavior that prevents them from achieving their goals and keeps them stuck in patterns that are undesirable. Together, we work on building healthy relationships. We evaluate long and short term goals and work together to make them achievable. We discuss progress while continuing to move forward in a positive direction.

I focus on coping skills, identifying a client's strengths, and building on what currently works in their lives. Utilizing core values and compassion and integrity, I work with clients to experience a balanced, joyful life. I have extensive experience helping women balance work , life and family issues.

Lori completed the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Fairfield University, along with a
2-year clinical internship. Lori has extensive experience in the corporate field and has spent years
balancing work, family life and women's issues.
